Welcome to Total Body Solutions personal fitness studio.
About 5 years ago I realised that some people were not comfortable in the normal gym environment. For their own reasons they found that high street gyms were just not the place they wanted to use to get fit. That left either trying to train at home, which really is not a terribly good idea, or personal trainers who charged celebrity prices.
Well now you can have celebrity quality personal training at a price that’s affordable. I’ll get straight to the important bit……£20 per session, yup just 20 quid to train in a fully equiped personal training studio (it’s air conditioned too!!). |
